1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of Rocket League Stats (the "Service" or "Platform"), operated by Laercio Ferreira dos Reis Junior ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please do not use the Service.

2. Non-Affiliation Notice

Rocket League Stats is an independent fan-made project. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Psyonix LLC, Epic Games Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. "Rocket League" is a registered trademark of Psyonix LLC. All game-related content — including names, logos, and assets — belongs exclusively to their respective owners. The use of game-related terms on this platform is strictly descriptive and informational.

3. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This Service is operated from Brazil and is governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). By using the Service, users from any country acknowledge that: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil; Brazilian law will apply to any disputes arising from the use of the Service; We make no representation that the Service complies with the laws of any jurisdiction other than Brazil. If accessing the Service from outside Brazil, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

4. Description of Service

Rocket League Stats is an analysis and community platform for Rocket League players. We currently offer: Replay upload and analysis: submit your replay files to receive detailed statistics and performance insights; Statistics hub: match data visualization to help you develop your skills; Social network: share replays, analyses, and content with the community. The Service is offered free of charge and may be updated, expanded, or modified at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must: Be at least 18 years of age and confirm this during registration; Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration; Be responsible for your use of the platform. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or delete it.

5.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: Keeping your login credentials confidential; All activity carried out under your account; Notifying Rocket League Stats immediately of any unauthorized access, via support@rlstats.com.br.

5.3 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through Settings: Delete Account or contacting support@rlstats.com.br. Following deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in Section 7.

6. Usage Rules and Content

6.1 Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations; Upload replays or files you did not create or do not have permission to use; Attempt to access other users' data, accounts, or systems without authorization; Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code; Use scripts, bots, or automations to interact with the Service without express authorization; Intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure.

6.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Rocket League Stats allows users to publish content on the platform's social network, including replays, comments, analyses, and other materials ("Content"). By posting Content, you represent and warrant that: You hold all necessary rights over the content you publish; The Content does not violate the rights of third parties, applicable laws, or these rules; The Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise harmful. The following content is expressly prohibited: Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence; Disclosure of third-party personal data without consent (doxxing); Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; Promotion of illegal activities; Spam or unauthorized advertising.

6.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate responsible accounts at our discretion, without prior notice when the situation warrants it.

7. Personal Data and Privacy (LGPD)

Rocket League Stats is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

7.1 Data Collected

We collect the following data: Registration data: username and email address; Replay files: voluntarily submitted by you for analysis; Published content: posts, comments, and materials shared on the social network; Usage data: access logs, features used, and preferences; Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies.

7.2 Purpose of Processing

Data is used to: Create and manage your account; Process and analyze submitted replays; Display content on the platform's social network; Send transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts); Improve the Service based on aggregated usage behavior.

7.3 Legal Basis

Data processing is grounded in the following LGPD legal bases: Contract performance (art. 7, V): to provide the Service; Consent (art. 7, I): for optional features requiring additional data; Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): for security, fraud prevention, and Service improvement.

7.4 Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with: Technical vendors (e.g., hosting, cloud storage), solely for operating the Service; Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

7.5 Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the LGPD, you have the right to confirm, access, correct, request deletion of, and revoke consent over your data. To exercise any of these rights, send an email to support@rlstats.com.br.

7.6 Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased or anonymized within 30 (thirty) days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

7.7 Replay Files

Submitted replay files are stored for analysis and display purposes on the platform. You may request deletion of specific replays at any time. Publicly shared replays may have already been viewed or saved by other users prior to deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform

All original source code, design, logos, and other elements of Rocket League Stats are the property of Laercio Ferreira dos Reis Junior. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 User Content

Content you publish remains your property. By posting it on the platform, you grant Rocket League Stats a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content exclusively within the platform and for the purpose of operating the Service. This license is revoked when you remove the content or close your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rocket League Stats is not liable for: Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Service; Data loss resulting from technical failures; Accuracy of analyses generated from replays — statistics are informational and should not be interpreted as definitive performance assessments; Conduct of other users on the platform's social network. As a currently non-commercial independent project, the total liability of Rocket League Stats toward any user is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's access for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the infraction. You may close your account at any time as described in Section 5.3.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Adamantina/SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
