1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate and improve the Service.
2.1 Data You Provide Directly
Username and email address — collected when you register an account; Password — when using our native login system, stored in hashed (non-reversible) format; we never store your password in plain text; Replay files — submitted voluntarily by you for analysis; Published content — posts, comments, and any other material you share on the platform's social network.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically
Session data — we use PHP's native session system, which stores a session identifier (PHPSESSID) as a cookie in your browser. This is used exclusively to keep you logged in during your visit and contains no personal information itself; IP address — collected for security and abuse prevention purposes; Browser and device information — browser type and operating system, used for technical compatibility.
2.3 Data Received from Third Parties
If you choose to sign in using Google Login, we receive from Google the following information, subject to your Google account's privacy settings: Your name; Your email address; Your Google profile picture (if available). We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data beyond the above.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data collected for the following purposes:

4. Cookies and Sessions
We use cookies strictly for operational purposes — specifically, to manage your login session on the platform and, when you opt in, to remember consent for anonymous access to public replays.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. You may revoke the anonymous replay access cookie at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or using the platform's consent controls.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our platform against bots and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA operates in the background and may collect information about your browser and behavior to assess whether interactions are human. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services and Data Subprocessors
To operate the Service, we share data with the following trusted third-party providers, solely for the purposes described:

6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Hostinger. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including: Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms; HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers; Restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security vulnerability in our platform, please report it to support@rlstats.com.br.
7. Replay Files
Replay files you upload may contain in-game data about other players who participated in the same match, such as in-game usernames and match statistics. This data is inherent to the replay file format and is processed solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not use this incidental data to build profiles of third-party players or share it beyond what is displayed in your replay analysis results.
8. Data Retention
Your data is retained according to the following schedule:

- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
- Deletion — request erasure of data that is unnecessary or processed in violation of the law

- Information — know which third parties your data is shared with.

10. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@rlstats.com.br and we will promptly delete it. Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register.
11. International Users
This Service is operated from Brazil and governed by Brazilian law. If you access the Service from outside Brazil, your data may be processed and stored in Brazil or in other countries where our service providers operate (see Section 5). By using the Service, you acknowledge that data protection laws in your country may differ from those in Brazil.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 15 (fifteen) days before taking effect. The date at the top of this document reflects when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
